Elodie has extensive experience in the music and entertainment technology business both in Canada and abroad. Executive producer for multimedia projects including album and single production, international touring, artist management, business advising in the entertainment tech community, and digital strategies, Elodie is the do-it-all of the company. She focuses on the big picture, artists management, and the label development.

Prior to joining Pollen Records, Charaf was Senior Project Manager at Joy Ride Records, the largest French-speaking rap label in America. Charaf is also an expert in producing shows and has produced more than 250 shows. In 2012, Charaf founded Inter-Peura, a media outlet that covers the world of music and hip-hop, and has interviewed more than 100 international artists, including French Montana, Nekfeu, Maître Gims, Kaaris, La Fouine, IAM, and many others.

Expert in business intelligence and passionate about music. Today, with ten years of experience in the service of operational, direct and relational marketing, Bakary puts his experience, his skills, his knowledge and networks at the service of talents. Bakary also owns a music marketing company called Touwana Consulting, based in Paris, France. He developed a data-driven tool to help musicians and labels to market better their music and products. 

Reda is a well-known A&R professional from Morrocco. His pivotal role in kickstarting the career of Moroccan artist Xcep, involving songwriting, arrangement, and artist management, allowed him to expand his network and gain recognition. Notably, Reda worked with Famillionaire and also served as executive producer for Benny Adam's hit track "Alizée" featuring Small X, handling the entire project from finding talent to managing video production in Morocco. Moving forward, Reda seeks to support artists on a larger scale, aiding them in reaching their envisioned success locally and internationally. 

Pako is a music producer with more than 10 years of experience. His organic approach to creating music inspires collaborators to think outside the box and embrace spontaneity. Over the years, Pako has developed many new artists and has built a strong network of producers, composers, and writers. Pako is in charge of all creative of the label. He produces music, but also accompanies our artists in their creative development.

With over 15 years of experience in the music industry under his belt, award-winning sound engineer Ghislain “Gee” Brind’Amour is a bona fide master in the studio, with unparalleled creativity and an ear for sound like no other. Since making his mark on the Canadian and international music scene, Gee has earned numerous accolades and mixed several chart-topping tracks. He has also worked with numerous high-profile artists such as Rihanna, Willy William, Lil Yachty, Icona Pop, and many more.

Pamela is a multifaceted professional who gathers significant experience in creative project management, festival, and concert production. She has more than 15 years experience working in the spotlight as a vocalist for various productions in Canada and around the world. With intimate understanding of the artist’s reality, she collaborates on all artist management related tasks from grant writing, photoshoot to show production.
